1. Norms

The Company shall comply with the laws and regulations pertaining to handling of personal information, guidelines determined by the authority and other norms.

2. Collection of information

The Company shall collect personal information in a proper manner without using deceptive or other wrongful means.

3. Purpose of the use of personal information

In handling personal information, purpose of the use of such information shall be specified and limited to the extent possible.

4. Notification

In collecting personal information, purpose of the use of such information shall be notified as determined by JIS Q 15001: 2006 (hereinafter referred to as “JIS Q 15001”).

5. Use of information

The Company shall handle personal information within the scope necessary for achieving the purpose of the use of such information and take appropriate measures accordingly.

6. Consent

The Company shall obtain consent from the person concerned in compliance with JIS Q 15001:2006 to obtain personal information, change the purpose of use and access to the person concerned.

7. Accuracy

Within the scope necessary for achieving the purpose of use of such information, the Company shall keep the personal information accurate and updated.

8. Safety management

The Company shall take necessary and appropriate measures for prevention and correction of problems including unauthorized access, leakage, loss or damage of personal information, and for safety management of personal information.

9. Employees

The Company shall provide necessary and appropriate supervision and proper training to employees on a regular basis for safety management of personal information.

10. Outsourcing

When outsourcing the processing of personal information, the Company shall select a subcontractor that fully satisfies the personal information protection standards and provide necessary and appropriate supervision to the subcontractor for safety management.

11. Provision of personal information to a third party

When personal information is provided to a third party, prior consent shall be obtained unless otherwise required by JIS Q 15001.

12. Disclosure

The Company shall respond to a request for disclosure, etc. of personal information without delay in compliance with JIS Q 15001.

13. Complaints and consultation

The Company shall endeavor to properly and promptly respond to complaints and consultation regarding handling of personal information and to establish a system necessary for achieving the purpose.

14. Audit

Conformity of the Company’s personal information management system to JIS Q 15001 and operation of the personal information management system shall be regularly audited.

15. Correction

The Company shall ensure that corrective and preventive measures to non-conformities detected during the audit are implemented.

16. Review

In order to maintain proper protection of personal information, the Company shall regularly review and continually improve the personal information protection management system.

[Handling of Personal Information]

The Company handles customers’ and other personal information when orders are placed. The following explains how we handle the personal information.

1. Basic policy on the handling of personal information

The Company declares the Privacy Policy, ensures dissemination and practice of the Policy to the company employees and other stakeholders and continually improves and maintains functioning of privacy management. In addition, the Company ensures personal information is collected through legitimate and fair methods.

4. Purpose of the collection of personal information

*When an orderer is not a product user, personal information of a product user (including printed data) is handled on the premise that the orderer (the customer) is compliant with the laws and regulations, official guidelines and other norms regarding the handling of personal information unless otherwise there is an obvious suspicion of illicit acquisition.

5. Purpose of the use of personal information to be disclosed

The same as the preceding “Purpose of the collection of personal information” shall apply provided, however, (2) personal information of a subcontractor and (3) disclosed personal information are excluded from the disclosure of personal information.

6. Outsourcing

Some businesses are outsourced within a scope necessary for achieving the above purpose of use. In such case, the Company selects a subcontractor that fully satisfies the personal information protection standards, concludes an agreement on the handling of personal information, takes measures to ensure safety of provided personal information and provides proper supervision to subcontractor.

7. Provision of personal information to a third party

The Company shall not provide collected personal information to a third party.

8. Right to refuse the provision of personal information

Provision of personal information (including data entered through use of the Application, on documents and through verbal communication) is optional, however, in the event when such information is not provided, we may not be able to provide proper services.

9. Procedure and handling fee for notification of the purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition or deletion of the content, discontinuation of its use, erasure, or discontinuation of its provision to a third party with respect to personal information
